Growing Food. Growing People.

Blooming Health Farms is a nonprofit aquaponics farm in Northern Colorado that helps and employs at-risk youth between the ages of 15 and 24. We get kids off the street by empowering them with job skills, STEM education and mental health therapy in order to create the future leaders of our community.
